Winter fun!

Today we went cross country skiing. The school I teach at has a cross country ski track. The kindergarten and first grade students learn how to cross country ski as a part of P.E. class. As a teacher, I can check skis out for free. Wow, you gotta love those perks! We had a lot of fun! The weather was absolutely beautiful. We ended up wearing only a light jacket and pants. All of us fell at least once. Jenni ended up taking off her skis and just hiking. Lucas pretended he was in the Olympics and tried to win the gold. Comet had fun running around from person to person and playing in the snow. As usual, I forgot the camera so no pics of our fun day - darn it.
