Bountiful Baskets

I recently learned about a food co-op called Bountiful Baskets. The food co-op operates in Idaho, Wyoming, Washington, Arizona, Texas, and Nevada. You go online on Monday and place your order then pick it up on Saturday. For $15 you get a variety of fruits and vegetables - usually about two small laundry baskets worth! You can also order other items. I like to order the 9 grain bread which is super yummy! I am finding that my family is eating a lot more fresh fruits and vegetables and trying new things - it has been a lot of fun! This week in our basket we received apples, bananas, strawberries, grapes, kiwi, carrots, lettuce, tomatoes, red peppers, and artichokes.
